My Core Beliefs and Priorities

Our greatest assets are our PGA Members—the professionals across our 41 Sections who share their love of golf every day. As I begin my 30th year in PGA leadership, I remain committed to ensuring our decisions always put Member well-being first, with the honor and integrity our game demands. Below are some of my top priorities as a PGA leader.

Putting Members First.

Every decision must support our Members. Employment, compensation and professional development are at the top of the list.

Strategic Leadership

We will make smart decisions that reflect our shared mission and long-term aligned goals.

As the industry leader, we must foster collaboration, respect and effective communication with all stakeholders to strengthen the game at every level.

Strong Industry Relationships

We will celebrate and elevate PGA members as the experts who connect people to the game.

Developing Future Leaders
Modern Communications and Transparency

We must build stronger pathways to attract, mentor and support future generations of PGA leaders.

We must listen to our Members. Their input is vital to ensure that their insights shape our future, and that they feel they are part of the process.

Growing the Game and Revenue

We will continue to enhance Championships and create innovative revenue streams to better serve Members and Sections while growing the game.
